The application fee is $75 per adult on the application.
All persons over 18 years of age that will be residing in the home must be on the application and submit the application fee.
The home screen will read "Choose Account to Pay".
Click "Rental North (IRC)"
In the account, the number field enters the property address (street # and name) you are applying for.
After completing the remaining fields, you may uncheck the payment reminder if you wish.

ECheck - no charge
Credit Card - 3% of the payment amount
Debit Card - $4.95 flat fee
